Nemo Fe 16 Hurlers deafeated St. Finbarr's 2 tonight in the final of the City Hurling Championship on a scoreline of 3-14 to 0-7. It was an alround team performance on the night from Goalkeeper Michael Aodh Martin in Goal to the full forward line marshalled by Stephen Cronin and Diarmuid O'Brien. Man of the match was centre forward Alan O'Donovan. Team Captain Joseph Daly recieved the trophy from Jim Rynn, Vice Chairman Bord na nÓg na Catherach.

Nemo's fe 16 Hurlers and fe14 Footballers played Championship this week, both teams winning and progress to their respective Championship finals. The Fe 16's will play St. Finbarr's in the City Final and will also progress to the County Hurling Championship as well. While the Fe 14's with their win over Aghada advance to play Valley Rovers in the fe14 County Football Final.

Best of luck to our ladies in the Intermediate League Final next Monday. It is fixed for Ballincollig at 7.45 V Valley Rovers. Come on out and support the ladies. !

The draws for this years City Championships were made in Bishopstown GAA Club recentltly and they have set up a number of intriging fixtures.
The Fe 16A and Fe 16B footballers have drawn St Michaels in their respective Championship.
The Fe 15 hurlers have drawn Bishopstown.
The Fe 14's footballers have drawn St. Finbarr's who they have played in the Feile Peil competition and in the County Champ Qualifier Final, both of which were tight games which Nemo eventually won. While the Fe 14 hurlers have drawn White Church who they also met in the County Championship Qualifiers.

Nemo Rangers Seniors had a big win in the first round of the Cork county championship when they beat Naomh Aban 2-17 to 1-4 . This was a great team performance and hopefully we will go a long way this year .
