some said he was he wasn't a corner back some said he could play anywhere, some even said he was the real captain. I just like to say im only one man and it takes a team effort to win games.

very harsh keyser soze...very much doubt that but he did live in douglas .....i heard he was asked to train keepers around the county but declined due to his own senior football commitments ...great keeper most successful intermediate keeper in the club...even beating the great pudsy...On the plus note G's managerial qualities continue to impress as his role as Assistant defensive cordinator for the intermediates...coach mong should be doing that working through the ranks!!!!!!!!!

how come the forwards got a write up and the hard working backs who ran the show and defended so bravely didn't get a word written about them. one corner back who kept not one but two men scoreless didn't even get his name in the report the injustice in that is unbelievable.

Rumour has it the only reason he was emotional in the dressing room after the match was because he was celebrating his milestone 40th Birthday last weekend ... happy birthday kid!

dont think his birthday is for a while yet though!!!!...............according to one eye witness of emotiongate.....is that his passion and pride in the black & green is so great, he became overcome with the achievement of his warrior men, he may not always get it right but he did that night..............well done kid!
